OUR MISSION
To equip teen girls and women with the confidence, self-esteem, and life skills they need to thrive—through innovative social-emotional learning, trauma-informed support, and career readiness programming.
WHO WE SERVE
We support teen girls and women at pivotal moments of growth and transition including:
- Teen girls in the foster care system.
- Women impacted by incarceration.
- High school and College girls.

Is to strengthen confidence, emotional well-being, and career readiness in teen girls and women—equipping them with the skills and support needed to succeed in school, work, and life.
We believe in the inherent value of every girl and woman. Each one deserves the opportunity to thrive—emotionally, personally, and professionally—regardless of her background or environment.
